This was a super fun project using a frame-by-frame animation in Photoshop and portraying what I love most about illustration and animation, but also reaching back to my memories of
The Ren & Stimpy Show from 1991, style of characters….
Color palette
Concept, character development & ideas
Then I started with a rough sketch - frame_by_frame - in Photoshop
Finalising with clean stroke animation first, then adding a colour palette to all our frames.
Ending with editing in After Effects of textures, music and sound effects.
Last but not least...
Created different formats for social media...
